The hotel enterance is in a very strange location and if there was not anyone there to guide us, I feel it would have taken some time to find and not something you would like to encounter upon arrival

Absolutely everything! The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the bed linens had to be of the highest thread count as they were very soft. The room was very clean - loved the Italian espresso maker! And the bathroom was very clean and luxiourious. The 4 chocolates every night on the bedside table were a very nice touch!

Sadly, the hotel lacks a proper lobby and relaxing lounge.

The staff were fantastic and so welcoming and friendly at all times, nothing was a problem for them, which was fantastic.

During my stay at Hotel Sainte Jeanne, I was amazed by the attention to detail and the fantastic customer service. The spa and gym facilities were great, and the breakfast, although lacking variety, was delicious. The location was fantastic, and the rooms were extremely clean and well-appointed. The turn-down service with delicatessens from the patisserie and champagne was a lovely touch. I would happily recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Comfortable room - very friendly staff. Well-equipped bathroom. Although located in the heart of the city centre, there was never any disturbance of noice thanks to the excellent insonorisation.

Had a great Christmas holiday at this hotel located in a beautiful street with lots of cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the great quality breakfast with fresh fruits and homemade pastries. the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding areas such as parks and markets.

That the hotel was a bit far from the beach, which would not be ideal for those looking for a beach holiday. the rooms were quite small, but still very tastefully decorated.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of shops and cafes. Getting around the area was easy with transportation nearby. The staff was friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities impressed me the most. Also, the breakfast was a great addition to my stay.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive. the Spa & wellness centre is fantastic with a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool is lovely and the sauna is perfect to relax in. the sun terrace offers stunning views and is perfect for sunbathing. the garden area is well-maintained with beautiful flowers and plants. the restaurant offers a variety of special diet menus and the private facilities are exclusive and truly exceptional.

The only minor issue we found was with the snack bar. It lacked variety and the options were limited.
